Tournament Lunch Registration

Please read the following information carefully before registering for tournament lunches.

Tournaments

Only the tournaments listed below require lunch orders through Power of the Pen’s website, this list will be updated as the season progresses. Your regional director or host school coordinator will communicate the menu and cost directly to coaches by email.

  • University of Mount Union, Eastern Region District Tournament 1 - lunch registrations are due at 2 p.m. Monday, December 18th
  • Lake Erie College (Rescheduled to Saturday, February 24th), Lake Erie Region District Tournament 1 - lunch registrations are due at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 21st
  • Wittenberg University, Western Regional Tournament - lunch registrations are due at 2 p.m. Friday, February, 23rd

Entering Your Lunch Order

Before ordering your lunches, make sure that you have a commitment from your school for the method of payment.

  • It is best for your school to combine all of the lunch orders into a single registration that is paid by mailing a check or by paying online with a credit card. All checks must include the invoice number.

  • However, if you have a situation in which your school cannot include someone in the lunch order – a chaperone, for example – contact your regional director about how that person should register.

  • All lunch tickets associated with the team, regardless of who placed the order, will be given to the coach at the on-site registration/check-in. The coach will distribute the tickets to the individuals who ordered lunch. We do not have personnel to distribute lunch tickets after the morning registration/check-in.

To complete the registration, click on the link for your tournament below. Enter the required information in each field. Then enter the total number of lunches you are ordering for the tournaments. Orders must be received by the deadline; lunches cannot be purchased on site.

Payment

After registering, forward the invoice to your treasurer for payment if the school is paying. Payment for the lunches is due by the date of the tournament.

Changes to Lunch Orders

Once you have placed a lunch order, you will not be able to change it on your own. You must contact your regional director to update your order.

No refunds can be given after the lunch order has been paid. In addition, no refunds can be given after the ordering deadline because Power of the Pen pays for the number of lunches in the count we submit in advance to the site.
